Wohooo... so excited to share this cover page. Can tell you a secret, one of dream list to be on the cover magazine, and yay... I made to the cover. This special issue was published by Scrapbook Trends Family issue.

A little bit about this project:

Hello December

I have to admit that I was completely unprepared for December. Where did my time goes, REALLY? I apologize if I'm a bad blogger. This shouldn't be happen starting next year (aha..)

For us, December brings fond memories of birthday's celebration. We start with hubby, then the girls, and in laws.

First, I'm sharing one of my custom order for my next neighbor. It's such a pleasure knowing that she LOVED the minis. I pulled my collections from Little Yellow Bicycle, album, pattern, tranparency, rub ons from hambly, stickers from doodlebug, and assorted ribbons.

Next one is sharing my layout published on Scrapbooking Beyond magazines. One of my favorite time magazines, looking at this layout, oh boy... it's almost 2 years from now.

I'm off now finishing my tutorial for my first workshop, and thank you so much for your visit.

Another set of "Nice around You"

Lovely sentiment stamps from Pebbles, I can use it over and over... cut outs are from Jilibean soup and stitch around with machine. A challenge from Moxie Fab: Celebrating Relationship, here's appreciation card I made for a very special friend :)

The next project that still work in progress is december daily. Far away behind the schedule, I'm still work on 2010 project sigh...here's the peek of it..

October 31st is here again.. The month of October is always my favorite months of the year. Was it the candy? Nope. Was it the photo at pumpkin patch? Yes.. yes... yes...

Here's the pumpkin patch layout I wanted to share with you. I used layered of overlay from Fancy Pants and Little Yellow Bicycle (older collections).

And again using Martha Stewart spider web punch and teared it, splashed wild plum adirondack alcohol ink on top of transparency to make it spook-tacular

TCR # 80

I was looking for online inspiration, no doubt TCR is my number one source to boost my creativity. Here...

I'm with layout to share with you. It's been a while I haven't play with TCR. It took me almost 2 days before I complete this project and happy with the end result. Share with me if you playing too :)

I love these rich color palate reminds me of FALL's season (which my number one season all the times)

I decided to use Prima papers, LYB die cut papers, K&Company tranparency and cute buttons from Pebbles as on my layout.

Now.... onto simple cute/spooky Halloween card. I used Fancy Pants' swirl overlay and paper, little yellow bicycle cut out and stickers and of martha stewart spider web punch.

Guest Designer for Pebbles

Hello everyone!

I am just super excited to share my guest design project over Pebbles with you today. The challenge theme for this week = It's a party. I love to throw a party even just for small gathering. So.. please come in and welcome to my party :)

I really enjoy making cards as much as layouts and altered stuff. I couldn’t help but mix and match floral lane and fresh goods collections from Pebbles.

8x8 Birthday Party Frame

I used papers, chipboards, buttons, stickers from mix of Fresh Goods Collections and Floral Lane Collections. This 8x8 frame I got it from Michaels (miss this store so much). I filled the entire mini layouts with embellishment and sentiments came from Hallmark. I cut to fit the chipboard and ink all over sides. I'm planning to display this frame along with sign up guest book on dessert table :)

Sometimes I was carried away by putting too much embellishment on my layout, but I insist on journaling is a must especially when I make layouts for my girls. I really hope that they’ll appreciate when they’re bigger or old enough to understand. (Flip it over and the journaling behind the small photo).

12x12 layout - Best Friends

I wanted to play with spray ink to create something messy and yet cluster clean, still focus on pretty papers. First, I added some texture with modeling paste on white cardstock and let it dry for few hours for best result. When it dry spray the ink multiple times to create various splatter on cardstock background

Nice Having you around - Card

The inspiration came from the sentiment “NICE having you around” From the moment I received this stamp, I knew that I have to make something from it. So first, I stamp with Bordeaux ink color into cut out and stamp another set into paper photo this time with Bordeaux ink. Hand cut the one on photo paper and uses only the word “Having you around” to highlight the word. Add yellow glitter on the word “NICE.”

Hello everyone!

Few weeks ago, I received the June issue of Scrapbook Trends. I was thrilled to find out that one of my very simple album was published under One Amazing Album.

I used Little Yellow Bicycle folded album and embellishment to go with it. The decor is so MINIMALIST and really focusing on journaling instead. It's really simple technique, using rub ons, stickers and buttons.

I used combination colors of pale yellow, pale purple and splash of green. First I trace butterfly base using Maya Road chipboard album and start layering with new goodies....

Hello everyone... I guess you could say that I'm a little bit behind when it came to update my blog. It's been 2 solid months that I'm off from blogging..Yes... I'm away from blogging is because I thought I'm still on vacation mode :) but not anymore. My stashes are FiNALLY here, I can't wait to re-organized and start working again. I'll take some photos to share soon. I had special projects requested by EK Success Brand before this relocation. LOVE LOVE everything about this brand, punches especially.

I'm super excited to share these projects with you. From these supplies,

Hello friends,

Today is dated exactly one week after we landed to here. Singapore treated us well so far. So much to do in this tiny island, really can't wait to start the journey :)

We haven't been going around Singapore yet, but we visit 'hawker' center almost everyday. My hubby and I feel like home right away. Our girls, on the other hand really had a hard time to eat. All they want = 'fries' and 'nugget' from McDonald. Oh well... What can I say, they're American :)

... so many choices: soy milk, grass jelly or sugarcane...

It's Summer day!

Hello there,
I'm thrilled to finally get this book in my hand today. I still haven't had a chance to digest all but I browse over and found out familiar name here :) Love everything from the cover, with more than 500 layouts all pile in one book, I really recommend this book either for your inspiration or a gift.

I'm saving this for upcoming 23 long hours flight to Singapore...

I thought today is officially Summer Day, I wanted to share this one of my favorite layout published in that magazine :)

Happy Monday...

I know... I know I should stop doing projects and start packing. But I really can't help it. I challenge myself with these limited items. I'm addicted to mask/mist and mixed media recently. I had a chance to play around in these days and I promise will share with you soon.

These are pictures of my baby Adelene. I found out these somewhere while packing my stuff away. Really... as soon as I peek into Alexandra's Blog few days ago, I tell myself that I have to create something. This sketch is super simple. Instead of making CD pocket, I made 5.5"x5.5" with bits of my leftover scraps.

Now onto my project:
I really had so much FUN creating this album by Punky Sprouts. There’s no one in the market can beat this album. One mini consist combinations of: canvas, acrylic, tags, chipboard is made from 100% recycled paper.

For the hop today, I created this mini from Punky Sprouts and pattern from TaDa Studio and some of older stashes from favorite manufactures. For my take, I have a vision to make it playful and girly album. I know that I wanted to have greenish and pinkish color combo and with swirl and sparkle on the top. . One of my favorite brand new products is canvas flower called “Lil Blomms” from Punky Sprouts. First, I spray with green misting and using heat gun to dry up, I twist around on top of handmade pink rossete flowers, add a button in the center. I also added some bling powder for sparkle look :)

Technique included in this mini such as: painting, stamping, stenciling, misting, punching, stitching, hybrid scrapbooking

For back side, I'm using the half sheet of rub ons from Fancy pants designs.

This mini is so very special to me. I promise to one of my friend that I will make one album for her daughter (the promise is really long overdue). I really hope that she likes it and and I’m pleased with the end result.

The Color Room 51

I should do more often visiting this color room. All talented artists and designers meet up at this place. How cool is that? Here's my take on Room 51. My 3rd attempt, and for sure I'll be back :)

A birthday card theme using Nikki Sivils products, cute burlap buttons and hand cut yummy cupcakes (I added some glitter), using Creative Memories circle punch (did I tell you that this is the best circle cutter I ever had), and Martha Stewart "Birthday" punch and final touch with Prima flowers.

Here's my take. This layout uses some new and old collections from Prima. I wanted to have soft and romantic touch, these brand new laces are perfect additon. "Be Mine" is cut from specialty paper by Little Yellow Bicycle.

Another love bird layout is made for Creative Memories. This brand new collections called Loveable. On top of that, I added some vintage papers from K&Company.

Speaking of Love, I just finished reading this book Full of Love by Nancy O'Dell. I Loved it. She's really amazing. One of an inspirational book, it's a perfect gift for someone who just start scrapbooking ;)

Happy New Year to all of you!

Is it Friday already? Wow...time goes so fast this week, at first I thought I'm able to manage to showcase spirit of Christmas one project per day, but I was wrong. I need to make it up by showing 3 more projects this time, .... dear friends, sit back and enjoy!

"Christmas Wish" clipboard is one of my oldest project. This is featured on Giftmaker magazines while back.

"Christmas Traditions" is one simply layout that using current supplies from Little Yellow Bicycle from Christmas Delight collections. (one of my favorite line).

"Season's Greeting" is 2 spread 12x12 layout (I rarely make this size unless it's for assignment). I think I was lucky, this layout was picked up by Scrapbook ETC.

Hello dear friend, I'm in about sharing my 5th and 6th layouts (Christmas/Winter related).

"Wish you were here" was hybrid layout. I play around with photoshop and some fonts before I printed out my photos. I love love this small village called Leavenworth. Tell you the truth, it's a Christmas wonderland. We really wish to go back again with the kiddos someday.....

"Be Merry" was one of my assignment created for Provo Crafts. In this layout, I played around with their stamps, called etcetera.

"Season's Greeting" was an old stuff, but I really like it because this is the ONE, that I got published in Cards magazines.

....and this fun and happy layout I made to remind me how lucky I'm to get "a special Christmas card" from 7 years old. I scan and reduced the size of the handmade card, print out into photo paper to fit the layout :)

I got so many chipboards around my house, I decided to make something quick and simple for my display of halloween spirit. My vision is "cute spooky" would be a great idea for my little girls.

What you need to make this:
Glue gun
Cake cardboard
Pattern paper
Assorted halloween chipboards, mine is combinations of little yellow bicycle and Imaginisce.

I made this for my girl's preschool teacher. It's a recycle and eco friendly altered can :)

This brand NEW 8.5x9 canvas purse from Prima really a challenge for me. I must admit that I'm not a technical kind of girl, I'm happy with just plain pattern papers :)

In this project, I experiment with misting, painting, stencils, masking you named it. It reallly push me to the edge, but I'm kinda like it. I might try this more often. For more other canvas style you can find it HERE.

Savor collections

When I create something from this Savor Collections by Little Yellow Bicycle, it remind me of homemade cooking that my mother-in-law used to cook for us. Her food is always comforting and yummy.

Feel great to finish up my last year summer vacation album. Little yellow bicycle makes this really neat envelope Album Kit (5 reversible envelopes, 5 double-sided cardstock inserts, 2 chipboard covers, 4 sheets patterned papers, 10 washers and eyelets, linen string, 2 binder) -- all INCUDED. I tell you the truth, it really save a lot of my time :)

so watch out in the future you might see this mini album often in my blog.

Hello everyone, In the past couple week, I’ve been very busy creating this assignment for Prima and Little Yellow Bicycle. When I opened the box from Prima, I think I'm in love with every items that Prima sent. It's just too beautiful to describe. The georgous new flowers, the cute and beautiful patterned papers (6 new lines), cute pebbles and my favorite is "Say it in crystals and Say it in pearls" I have to use this on each of my projects.

Hello my dear friends!
Phew......I finally able to breath again after a while. CHA projects are finally done. So, in 3 weeks I created total of 17 layouts for Prima and Little Yellow Bicycle, wow.. that's a lot for me. As you might know me, I'm a slooooow scrapper. I promise will sneak peek as soon as I get green light, so bear with me for another week or so.

In a mean while, I wanted to share THIS brand new book created by my friend Kimber and Summer. One book that I would recommend for everyone. Here's my piece of 2 spread layout published there.

Lately... I'd been having a love affair with my border punch. I used it almost all of my layouts :) It's kinda addicted to it. In this particular layout, I have a chance to play with my mist. I used electric blue smooch spritz from clearsnap. This will add another page to my miss A album.

Most patterned paper I mainly used little yellow bicycle (snugglebug girl), except light green from fancy pants designs.
